Recently, the hydraulic motor testing bench designed, manufactured, and delivered by Guangzhou Yutop Test & Control Technology Co., Ltd (abbreviated as Yutop Test & Control) has been successfully commissioned at Xingtai Zhongwei Zhuote Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd (abbreviated as Zhongwei Zhuote). The hydraulic motor testing bench custom-developed by Yutop Test & Control for Zhongwei Zhuote comprehensively meets all testing requirements for hydraulic motors. Its primary function is to conduct factory inspection and maintenance verification for the company's hydraulic motor product series, providing precise and reliable data support to enhance product quality and optimize operational efficiency, thereby strengthening Zhongwei Zhuote's core competitiveness in the hydraulic field.

Throughout the project implementation, Yutop Test & Control consistently centered its efforts on Zhongwei Zhuote's actual production requirements, strictly adhering to national and industry standards such as "Hydraulic Motor" (JB/T 10829-2008), "General Technical Requirements for Hydraulic Testing" (JB/T 7033-2007), and "Method for Determining No-load Displacement of Hydraulic Pumps and Motors" (GB/T 7936). Equipped with a Siemens PLC (Programmable Logic Control System) and a 21.5-inch high-definition computer screen, the device features a graphical interface integrated with hydraulic circuit diagrams, real-time display of status parameters, and support for parameter presetting, automatic loading, and curve graph output. To address the complex operating conditions and safety requirements of workshops, the test bench features an open cabinet design with a baked paint finish. Its main body is white, while the auxiliary color is graphite gray, ensuring a compact layout that optimally fits the limited installation space. The ergonomic control panel offers adjustable height, significantly enhancing operator comfort and reducing fatigue during prolonged operation. Additionally, the equipment incorporates multiple safety mechanismsincluding overload protection, level monitoring, oil temperature monitoring, and emergency shutdown capabilities. The high-pressure piping utilizes welded-free galvanized high-pressure pipes with a pressure rating of 42 MPa, compliant with the General Mechanical Safety Standard (GB/T 15706), thereby providing comprehensive protection for both personnel and equipment and eliminating potential hazards.

In terms of equipment reliability and testing accuracy, Yutop Test & Control strictly controls component selection and manufacturing processes while adhering to high-quality standards. Key components are sourced from top-tier imported brandsincluding Italian pressure sensors (accuracy ±0.25% FS), Rexroth proportional valves, and Siemens electrical componentsensuring the precision of hydraulic motor test data and long-term stable equipment operation from the outset, thereby reducing subsequent maintenance costs. The testing bench is equipped with professional data acquisition software that generates real-time efficiency curves and variable characteristic curves, automatically records critical parameters such as pressure, flow rate, rotational speed, and power, and supports Excel-format report export, fully complying with Zhongwei Zhuote's quality management system requirements. Additionally, it features built-in fault diagnosis capabilities, automatically stores test data for easy subsequent traceability, analysis, and management, providing robust data support for hydraulic motor product optimization.

Furthermore, during project implementation, Yutop Test & Control and Zhongwei Zhuote collaborated closely and efficiently, coordinating in advance on the dimensions and technical parameters of the hydraulic motors to be tested, and custom-provided two sets of tooling (one set per workstation) to ensure precise equipment-motor compatibility. Upon equipment delivery, the Yutop team promptly commenced on-site installation, commissioning, and personnel training, which emphasized hands-on practice supplemented by theoretical instruction, enabling Zhongwei Zhuote staff to operate and maintain the equipment independently and deploy it swiftly.
