Gear pump factory test bench, the tested pump is subjected to loading tests (i.e., running tests) at different speeds and pressures, and the output flow rate, pressure, and other parameters of the tested pump are measured and recorded at the specified speed and pressure. The test bench design requires that it can test double pumps (single-channel loading), and the data can be automatically collected and recorded by the computer.
Modular design of the hydraulic system, with each module centrally located for easy maintenance; scientific and reasonable selection and installation design of the filter, facilitating filter element replacement and maintenance; the system has a counting function to facilitate the calculation of the number of test benches, and prompts for filter element replacement when the specified number is reached; adding a magnetic rod to facilitate the adsorption of suspended iron filings in the oil.
