✅ Key Technical Features ☆ Main Motor‑Pump Unit: A 90 kW servo motor drives the test pump, with flow rates up to 250 L/min and a maximum adjustable pressure of 35 MPa. The motor is driven by a variable-frequency drive, enabling stepless speed control; Flow Meter: 1–250 L/min.
✅ During pump testing, the main motor directly drives the test pump, and a load is applied at the pump’s outlet via a loading valve. Throughout the test, data are collected using temperature, pressure, flow, torque, and speed sensors, enabling analysis of the hydraulic pump’s performance. ✅ The test rig is equipped with oil supply and return ports, as well as digital displays for pressure, temperature, flow, and rotational speed; hydraulic loading is used for pump testing, with a single loading channel provided.
