Key Technical Features
☆Main motor: 15 kW, 4-pole variable-frequency motor, equipped with a VFD for speed control; Gear pump: maximum flow rate 74 LPM; maximum pressure: 10 MPa, proportionally adjustable.
☆ Flow is regulated by using a variable-frequency drive to adjust the motor speed, enabling stepless flow control. This setup is employed to perform reciprocating durability tests on seals.
☆ The system employs a variable-frequency motor-driven gear pump as the power source, with a proportional valve actuating the drive cylinder, which in turn drives the test cylinder to perform reciprocating motion.
☆ A displacement sensor is mounted on the drive cylinder to monitor its stroke. A proportional relief valve is used to regulate system pressure. ☆ The speed of the reciprocating motion can be adjusted via a variable-frequency motor, enabling precise speed control.
