Main Technical Features
★ The test bench is mainly used for factory testing of large-tonnage variable-stroke hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinder test stand is a force-bearing type, approximately 17 meters in length;
★ The tested cylinder diameter ≤620mm, stroke ≤5500mm, maximum cylinder weight ≤10T, test pressure ≤50Mpa, maximum flow rate 400L, maximum power approximately 280KW;
★ Main test items: trial run, starting pressure characteristic test, pressure resistance test (non-end stroke), pressure holding test (non-end stroke), internal leakage test, low pressure leakage test, no-load low-speed vibration test, stroke inspection, two-chamber high-pressure pulse test (pulse pressure 50Mpa, frequency 0.5-1HZ), mechanical oil discharge/pneumatic oil discharge, automatic weighing test;
★ The tested hydraulic cylinder can operate without load, or the cylinder barrel and piston rod can be connected to the test stand through an automatic pin mechanism, which can be used to test leakage, pressure resistance, and pressure holding at different positions of the piston test; The test stand has a box-girder structure and can withstand a maximum of 700 tons of hydraulic cylinder pulse impact;
