Daily and periodic inspections of the hydraulic test bench

Daily and regular inspections of the hydraulic test bench

Strengthen daily and regular inspections of the hydraulic system test bench. Certain major failures in the hydraulic system often show some minor abnormal phenomena beforehand. Through daily maintenance and inspection, these can be discovered early, prevented early, and faults eliminated promptly.
① Check before starting the pump. Before starting the oil pump, ensure that the oil tank is filled to the upper limit indicator mark. Measure the oil temperature with a thermometer; if it is below 10 degrees, run the system under no load for more than 20 minutes.
② Check during and after starting the pump. Use a start-stop method to start several times to raise the oil temperature. Once the hydraulic device operates smoothly, proceed to normal operation. Also, pay attention to the noise from the pump; if it is too loud, check for causes and resolve them before proceeding with normal work.
③ Inspection during system operation. Under stable conditions, always monitor oil level, oil temperature, pressure, noise, hydraulic cylinders, motors, directional valves, and relief valves' working conditions. Be aware of any leaks or vibrations in the entire system.
④ After using the system for a period of time, if abnormal phenomena occur that cannot be resolved by external adjustments, disassemble it for repair or replacement of parts. Be cautious when disassembling complex hydraulic components; it is best to have them repaired by a professional manufacturer.
