Main technical features
■Uses a motor-driven crank rocker mechanism to drive two test cylinders (a one-to-two structure) containing the seals to be tested. Easy to disassemble and assemble, mainly used for testing rod seals;
■Can perform test runs, start-up pressure characteristic tests, friction tests, buffer back pressure tests, leakage tests, and high-temperature tests;
■Reciprocating speed of oil cylinder: 0.1～1m/s, maximum test temperature: 120℃, maximum test pressure: 42Mpa; Pressure shock waveform can be set;
■Equipped with a computer-aided testing system, which can complete automatic testing and generate curves and reports.
