Main technical features
The hydraulic pipeline pressure cleaning test bench adopts a closed design, PLC control, and has computer data acquisition and processing functions. It is suitable for static pressure, cleaning, and drying tests of hydraulic pipe fittings.
The test bench is generally divided into a hydraulic circuit part and an electrical control acquisition part, adopting a closed design for the hydraulic circuit.
The hydraulic circuit part includes a pulse cleaning circuit, a static pressure test circuit, a pneumatic drying circuit, a particle size detection circuit, a circulating filtration circuit, and a circulating temperature control circuit.
The electrical control acquisition part includes PLC control and computer acquisition. The PLC communicates with the computer through OPC to realize the control of the system and the acquisition and storage of system data.
